I specialize in supporting girls (10+) and women as they navigate life’s challenges. My approach integrates DBT, CBT, brainspotting, ecotherapy, and traditional therapeutic methods to foster growth and resilience. I help clients build self-awareness and mindfulness, empowering them to create meaningful change. Known for being honest, empathetic, and nonjudgmental, I provide a safe space where you feel supported. It would be my privilege to walk alongside you on your healing journey. My theoretical experience includes a combination of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy(DBT), hypnotherapy and ecotherapy (outdoor/walk and talk). A modality I have found profoundly helpful. Being outdoors is fun, but even more importantly, it’s good for our mind, body, and soul.
